Common-Law Republic; U.S.A.

Instructions-Page, & Link;
for Rating the Trust-Worthiness, Intelligence,
& Courage, of Other CLR-Members.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
         We next here present to our Registered Account-Holders/Users, an Additional-Page which is of a Much Broader-Effect Across Our Entire CLR-Web-Site, than is our above listed & more normal "Seven Subject-Categories of Account-Holders Users-Profile Data".
         This page is of Extreme Importance, because: It Empowers Each of Our Registered Account-Holders to Responsibly Participate in Organizing All Other Registered Account-Holders in our CommonLaw Republic Data-base, as: "Responsibly Self-Governing Community Members"; Or: as possessing of a Reputation which is something Less Than This Ideal.
         This is the Essence of Common-Law Republicanism & Responsible Self-Governing.
         We are also referring to this longer-titled page more simply, as our: "TrustWorthiness Ratings Page For Other CLR-Account-Holders"; & it may be viewed in more detail, directly, here:
TrustWorthiness, Intelligence, & Courage; Other CLR-Members; Ratings-Ballot.
Detailed Instructions, Regarding:
Each Account-Holder's Viewing-Controls Over
Who Can See Ratings of Other CLR-Members Trustworthiness:
As previously explained, regarding our previously-referenced web-page, of: "Other CLR-Account-Holders TrustWorthiness Ratings Page"; that page provides an interface through which each & all of our Registered CLR-Account-Holders may enter ratings-data regarding the trustworthiness, intelligence, & courage, of all other Registered CLR-Account-Holders.
After that data has been entered in-to that web-page, & submitted in-to our data-base; it may be modified by the account-holder to which it is dedicated to serving, at any time which that account holder might decides to change it, & for any reason that he/she might choose to so change it.
On the other end of all of this, is empowerment, for each & all of our individual account-holders; because, in each of the six sections of their Main 'Account-Profile-Settings Data' File, they will then find a powerful tool for them to control, 'who' may, or may not, 'view', each of the many data-items which they have entered in-to their 'Account-Profile-Settings Data' file.
We next here explain how these tools work in more detailed-manner, as follows:
Under (or next-to) each Larger-Box for Entering & Displaying Your Main 'Account-Profile-Settings Data'; you will also find a Smaller-Box, for you to Enter, Change, & Display: a Numerical "Trustworthiness Threshold Setting", (0-100); through which You can Set Your Chosen "Numerical Threshold", for: Your Control over Who Can View That Specific Data-Entry Information which you have entered in the Larger & Main Data-Entry Box next to it. These "Thresholds" are Set By You, in a Different Web-Page, which is entitled, as: "User Trustworthiness-Ratings Page", & which you also have full editorial control over; all as Based On Your Ratings Of the "Trustworthiness" of Other CLR Web-Site Account-Holders. Presently; our web-site's computer's data-base, translates all of these sorts of 'Trustworthiness Numerical-Value Entries', as follows:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

0 = Public: Non-Registered CLR-Account-Holders who are randomly browsing our web-site, can view this data-entry section.

01 - 32 = Lowest-Level Viewing-Threshold: Viewable Only by CLR-Account-Holders to whom you have assigned at least a '01% Trustworthiness Rating'.

33 - 49 = Lower-Middle Viewing-Threshold: Viewable Only by CLR-Account-Holders to whom you have assigned at least a '33% Trustworthiness Rating'.

50 - 64 = Middle Viewing-Threshold: Viewable Only by CLR-Account-Holders to whom you have assigned at least a '50% Trustworthiness Rating'.

65 - 74 = Upper-Middle Viewing-Threshold: Viewable Only by CLR-Account-Holders to whom you have assigned at least a '65% Trustworthiness Rating'.

75 - 84 = Higher Viewing-Threshold: Viewable Only by CLR-Account-Holders to whom you have assigned at least a '75% Trustworthiness Rating'.

85 - 94 = Very-Higher Viewing-Threshold: Viewable Only by CLR-Account-Holders to whom you have assigned at least a '85% Trustworthiness Rating'.

95 - 100 = Highest Viewing-Threshold: Viewable Only by CLR-Account-Holders to whom you have assigned at least a '95% Trustworthiness Rating'.

Regarding our previously-referenced web-page, of: "Other CLR-Account-Holders TrustWorthiness Ratings Page"; that page is designed to be used by our individual CLR-Community Members, to produce a "Community Consensus", regarding: Who are the More Socially-Responsible Members of Our Community; &, who among us have developed reputations as being a bit less socially-responsible.
This is the Essence of "Self-Governing" & "Self-Policing", which virtually all modern governments claim to be doing; (but which, in actual practice, they are failing to perform in manners which are objectively reasonable & lawful).

Our entire Common-Law Republic Data-base is Designed to Expand Out-wardly, From Each Individual User-Account-Holder; &, here-under, technically-speaking, Every Ballot, on Every Issue & Candidate in our entire system, Does Reflect Data Entered Primarily From Each such Registered-Account-Holder/User.
All other Issues & Candidates, Are Only 'Secondary-Data', which has been uniquely attached to that primary-data.

Here-under, & technically-speaking; the Only Real Difference between This "CLR-Members Trustworthiness Ballot", & the many other ballots presented here in our CLR-Web-Site, is that, this ballot, is designed for "Voting On Trustworthiness" of "Our Own Internal CLR-Community Members"; where-as, virtually All of our Other Ballots, are designed for "Voting On Out-Side Community Members & Issues".

This web-site is going thru some painful growing-stages; & we might decide later to change our views on these issues; but, as things stand now, this is the manner in which we are proceeding.
