When People Register as New CLR-Community-Members; then, automatically, All User-Names
of All of Our CLR-Community Members Are Listed & Displayed In that Trust-worthiness Ballot-Page.
Immediately Next to each such Registered CLR-Member's User-Name, is this Ballot's Main Category
for Rating the Trust-worthiness of the CLR-Community-Member who is Identified First there-after in that line.
But, Immediately Next there-to are listed Second & Third Categorys, for that User to also Rate our Other
CLR-Member's Intelligence & Courage.
All three of these Ratings-Categories/Columns use the Same Numerical-Value Rating System,
of Zero/0 to 100; with Zero/0 being a lowest approval-rating, & 100 being the highest; & with
99 other levels of support or opposition logically presented for the Voting-User to select from,
according to his/her own beliefs, judgements, &/or opinons. Much more detail about this Zero/0 to 100
Weighted/Preferential Values Rating-System are presented further below in this article.
