         With-in this web-page, our Common-Law Republic Web-Site Leadership has Constructed a Frame-Work with Tools which are Designed to Assist Activists in Becoming More Effective at Consensus-Building, mostly from With-In the Libertarian Political-Party, but also in Building-Consensus with Other People from the Out-Side of the Libertarian Party, but who seem to be Honorably Motivated at assisting in Producing a More Peaceable & Reasonable Environment, both with-in, & immediately surrounding, this same Republican-Party.
         These above-mentioned "Tools" are designed to promote the same Grass-Roots Bottom-Up "Consensus-Building Strategy", which has been Traditionally Practiced & Embraced by the Communities which Follow the Philosophy & Principles of Common-Law Republicianism. We proceed here-in, as follows:
